Job Summary

Twese Hamwe Empowerment Project is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and promoting our programs and impact through compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish high-quality content (reels, short videos, graphics, and captions) across social media platforms
• Manage and grow the organization's social media accounts
• Develop content calendars aligned with organizational goals
• Write engaging scripts and voice-overs for video content
• Monitor trends and adapt content to maximize engagement
• Collaborate with the team to promote campaigns, events, and projects
• Track performance and provide basic analytics reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager
• Strong skills in short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Excellent storytelling and voice-over skills
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tools
• Creative, well-organized, and able to work independently
• Presentable, professional attitude and strong communication skills
